Please let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onward, but any early arrival requests can be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please note that any check-in times outside of our standard hours must be agreed upon ahead of time, as the house may be occupied or being prepared for your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM to allow us enough time to prepare the home for the next guests. If you need a later check-out, we can accommodate this for an additional fee, based on availability. Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like to arrange a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please see the BEFORE YOU GO section of our guide for your checkout.
HOUSE RULES
NO PETS
Service animal are permitted. Any other animals are welcome with a $500 charge plus fees and taxes
NO SMOKING
A $500 fee will be applied if smoking is detected INSIDE or OUTSIDE.
NO PARTIES
No parties or large gatherings. Any guests (not on the reservation) that stay past 10pm are subject to a $200 charge
REPORT ANY DAMAGES
Report any damages IMMEDIATELY no matter how small you may think it is. Accidents happen, and we understand, so letting us know right away allows us to make repairs or replacements as needed without disrupting your stay or future guests.

For your convenience and safety, a first aid kit is located in the entry hall closet. We hope you won't need it, but it's there to help with any minor injuries or emergencies during your stay. Please feel free to use it if necessary and let us know if any items need to be replaced.

A fire extinguisher is available for your safety and can be found in the kitchen. Please familiarize yourself with its location in case of an emergency.
